In The Last 4 Months, The Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police Have Secured 2.9 Kg Of Drugs From 14 Cases
The Directorate of Drug Investigation (Ditresnarkoba) of the Southeast Sulawesi Police destroyed evidence in the form of 2.9 kilograms of drugs resulting from the disclosure of 14 cases from July to September 2023.
Deputy Head of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, Brigadier General Pol Dwi Iriyanto, in Kendari, Tuesday, said that the destroyed types of methamphetamine and marijuana were the result of the disclosure of cases carried out by the Narcotics Directorate and the Resort Police (Polres) of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police.
"The destroyed evidence consists of 1,944 grams of net methamphetamine and 1,032 grams of net marijuana-type drugs," said Dwi Iriyanto.
He revealed that the evidence was obtained in an operation held by the Narcotics Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police in the last three months, or July-September 2023 with a total of 21 suspects.
"This is the result of the disclosure of 14 cases from July to September 2023 with a total of 21 suspects," he said.
Dwi Iriyanto asked all stakeholders and the public to unite to fight drug abuse.
"I ask all stakeholders to support drug eradication. Let's eliminate the secular ego in the matter of disclosure. We are serving in Southeast Sulawesi and is determined in eradicating drugs," he explained.
