Kejari Nagan Raya Masih Buru Defendant Korupsi Dana Desa Rp1,2 Miliar
NAGAN RAYA - Nagan Raya District Attorney's Office, Aceh, is still hunting for the defendant Juliadi bin Ramli (37 years old), a resident of Meugatmeh Village, East Seunagan District, local district who is still running away.
"We are still hunting for the defendant Juliadi, who is currently a fugitive from the police and the prosecutor's office for arrest," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the Nagan Raya District Attorney's Office, Aceh, Achmad Rendra Pratama, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, September 27.
He said that the defendant Juliadi was previously named a suspect in connection with the alleged corruption of village funds which was estimated to have cost the state financial losses of Rp. 1.2 billion.
The defendant Juliadi has been designated as the People's Wanted List (DPO) based on the number: 01/L.1.29/Fd.2/04/2023 dated April 10, 2023, since the investigation was carried out by the Nagan Raya Kejari and until now the person concerned has not been able to be found/made arrests.
Previously, the public prosecutor (JPU) had transferred the Corruption Crime case with the defendant Juliadi Bin Ramli based on letter no. 1156 / L.1.29 / Ft.1 / 08 / 2023 dated August 4, 2023, with a request to the head of the Corruption Court at the Banda Aceh District Court to be tried in a absentia (without the presence of the defendant).
Achmad Rendra Pratama said that Juliadi had previously undergone two examinations at the Nagan Raya District Attorney's Office, Aceh.
While the investigation process was ongoing, the suspect Juliadi was later suspected of having fled.
Juliadi is suspected of being involved in a case of alleged corruption and is suspected of committing an unlawful act (on rech matage da'ad) which caused state/regional financial losses (lost of money country).

There is also the defendant's actions allegedly involved in the management of the APBG in Meugatmeh Village, East Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency for Fiscal Year 2018 to 2021, with indications of state losses estimated at IDR 1.2 billion.
In this case, the defendant Juliadi Bin Ramli was charged with the primary charge of Article 2 Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 18 Paragraph 1, paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 of Law no. 31 of 1999 Jo. Article concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended in Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of Corruption and the subsidiary of Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 Paragraph 1, paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 of Law no. 31 of 1999.
"The criminal threat against the defendant Juliadi in this case is at least four years in prison," said Achmad Rendra Pratama.
