DPRD-Bogor City Government Agree To Prepare Operational Funds For RT Rp3 Billion
BOGOR - The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Bogor City, West Java together with the local government agreed to prepare operational funds for the head of the neighborhood unit (RT), neighborhood units (RW) and community empowerment institutions (LPM) of Rp. 3 billion per sub-district.
"Alhamdulillah, the aspirations of regional administrators can be realized. Although there has only been a big increase, this has become a good signal and hopefully in the future it can be added again," said Chairman of Commission I of the Bogor City DPRD Heri Cahyono after the discussion meeting on the 2024 KUA-PPAS at the council building reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, August 9.
Heri said that in North Bogor District, the budget prepared for the RT, RW and LPM BOPs was Rp. 3 billion. Later this budget will be distributed to RT, RW and LPM administrators, the number of which will reach 681 people.
He also hopes that the increase in BOP funds can be an encouragement for regional administrators.
"This is a form of our appreciation for regional administrators and we hope to increase the fighting spirit of administrators in the region," explained Heri.
Regarding the increase in the RT, RW and LPM BOPs, they began to find a bright spot when the North Bogor District Level Musrenbang was held in early 2023.
The chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, Atang Trisnanto, asked that at the end of his leadership period, the Mayor of Bima Arya could increase incentives for regional administrators such as RT RW.
"Mr. Wali, we are greatly helped by the performance of the spearhead in the region. RT, RW, LPM, Posyandu cadres, Posbindu and so on, are successions of service and development programs. But it has not been up for almost 6 years. So in the 2024 RAPBD as the last year of planning from the Mayor and DPRD for this period, we need to give appreciation to him-beliau," said Atang.

Responding to this, Bogor Mayor Bima Arya asked the Head of Bappeda who was also present to calculate and formulate an increase in the budgetable BOP.
In addition to the BOP, in the 2024 KUA-PPAS discussion meeting, Heri also mentioned that the budget at the sub-district and sub-district levels also increased. Although it cannot be detailed, Heri ensures that equitable development in the outermost areas of Bogor City will be felt in 2024.
"Of course we want to ensure that the budget in Bogor City can be felt by all areas in Bogor City so that development is not only concentrated in the middle of Bogor City," he said.
