Danish Citizen Women Show Off Sex In Kuta Bali Experience Symptoms Of Mental Disorders
DENPASAR - Denpasar Police stated that a woman from Denmark CAP (50) who committed a norm violation by showing off her genitals in Seminyak, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali experienced symptoms of mental disorders.
Kapolresta Kombes Bambang Yugo Pamungkas said this was the result of a psychological examination by a doctor and psychiatrist at Sanglah Hospital/Prof. Ngoerah Denpasar, Bali.
The psychological examination of the CAP was carried out based on a request from the Danish Consulate on May 30, 2023.
Psychiatrist also conducted an examination of the CAP on May 31, 2023 and the results were issued on June 5, 2023, which showed symptoms of a mental disorder, so investigators suspended the legal process against the CAP.
"The results of the psychiatric examination currently found signs or symptoms of a real mental disorder so that the person concerned could not carry out the legal process and was held accountable," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 6.
Bambang explained that based on medical records, CAP had undergone a mental examination while still in his home country of Denmark. Even since childhood, CAP has a history of digestive tract disorders, so it has to take several types of drugs.
While undergoing examination and detention at the Denpasar Police, CAP was depressed, often cried and bit his nails. Therefore, the Denpasar Police decided to conduct psychological observations of the person concerned.
"In 2006 the patient had undergone a psychiatric examination in Denmark and still had to take some medication. He has also experienced metabolic disorders since the children so he needs to take medication," he said.
For this reason, investigators will investigate the information from the psychiatrist who examined the CAP in order to determine the next legal steps to be taken. This is important, considering that CAP has been named a suspect by the Denpasar Police for violating the pornography law.
"We will call a psychiatrist to explain further so that then we can take further legal steps in accordance with standard operating procedures," he said.
Until now, CAP is still being treated at Sanglah Hospital under the supervision of the Denpasar City Police.
Meanwhile, Head of the Class 1 Immigration Office Ngurah Rai Sugito said he supports all processes carried out by the Denpasar Police and in time, immigration measures will be carried out.
"If further immigration measures are needed after the inspection process is complete, Ngurah Rai Immigration will take care of the repatriation process or deportation with recommendations from the police," said Sugito at the Kuta Police, Badung, Bali.

According to Sugito, CAP and her husband CM (49) in the immigration record for the period of residence permit have been declared exhausted since May 11, 2023, but due to the stumbling of the case immigration excluded the violation while waiting for further developments related to the results of the psychological examination of CAP.
Previously, Denpasar Police investigators conducted a series of examinations of the CAP and revealed the motive for the Danish foreigner to show off his genitals because he was carried away when he shared their experiences when he saw the prostitution practices carried out by male women (warians) in Thailand.
The action was recorded by a resident's cellphone until the video clip was spread everywhere and went viral. The police also conducted an investigation and arrested CAP and charged him with pornographic articles as referred to in Article 36 of Law Number 44 of 2008 with a maximum imprisonment of 10 years and a fine of Rp. 1 billion.
