Escorted By Banser, David Ozora's Father Directly Monitors Mario Dandy's Trial
JAKARTA - David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina, directly monitored the trial process for the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo at the South Jakarta District Court.
Jonathan Latumahina was seen sitting in the chair of the court visitor wearing a green shirt.
In addition, several Banser members also appeared to accompany Jonathan. It's just that, after the judge opened the trial, they all left the courtroom.
So far, Jonathan has made no statement regarding Mario Dandy's trial.
Previously, the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, said that the agenda for this first trial was to read out the indictment by the public prosecutor (JPU), the trial was scheduled to take place around 11.00 WIB.
The trial was chaired by a panel of judges appointed by the South Jakarta District Court leadership, namely Alimin Ribut Sujono, as chairman, Tumpanuli Marbun as member judge I and Muhammad Ramde as member judge II.
The case of the two defendants has been registered at the South Jakarta District Court with numbers: 297/Pid.B/2023/PN.Jkt.Sel and No.298/Pid.B/PN.Jkt.Sel.

Mario (20) and Shane (19) were two defendants of mistreatment of David Ozora (17) on Monday (20/2), including involving AG's son (15) as a child in conflict with law (ABH).
In this inaugural trial, said Djuyamto, the South Jakarta District Court did not provide special security.
