Becoming The Metro Police Chief, Inspector General Karyoto Refuses To Comment On Polemics At The KPK
JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto refused to comment on anything related to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Including the matter of removing Brigadier General Endar Priantoro as Director of Investigation (Dirlidik) of the anti-corruption agency.
"And there are no more interesting questions than questions about the KPK," Karyoto told reporters, Wednesday, April 12.
His desire to talk about the KPK is because Karyoto is no longer on duty at the corruption eradication agency.
However, he has served as Kapolda Metro Jaya based on a secret telegram (STR) issued by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
"I'm sorry this time I won't talk much about the KPK because I have become the Kapolda Metro Jaya," said Karyoto.
Inspector General Karyoto is a member of the National Police who has served at the KPK. He served as Deputy for Enforcement.
