Dislikes Police Being The Motive For Two Suspects In WA Police Status To Bring Home Used Clothes Confiscated
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has named three suspects in the case of distributing photos with the narrative of investigators setting aside evidence in the form of used imported clothes to be given to their families. From the results of the examination, two of them were motivated by dislike for the Police.
Meanwhile, the three people named as suspects had the initials IAS (26), EW (29), and AM (21).
"If the IAS and EW do this because they really don't like the Police," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Auliansyah Lubis, to reporters, Thursday, April 6.
With the disclosure of this motive, the investigative team is developing it. It is suspected that there are other content that is provocative and hoax.
Meanwhile, another suspect with the initials AM admitted that the motive for spreading hoax content was just fun.
"Making a video that says he did this is just for fun," said Auliansyah.
Meanwhile, the three suspects were arrested at different locations. For IAS (26) which was arrested in Salatiga City, Central Java.
Then, EW (29) was arrested in the cities of Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and AM (21) who were arrested in Sukabumi, West Java.
Of the three suspects, a number of evidences were confiscated from IAS three cellphones, one PC, one twitter account @Askrlfess and email askrlfess@gmail.com.
"Then the evidence of the suspect EW, namely two cellphones, one Twitter account @rcyourbae, email address erikatake14041993@gmail.com, and one laptop unit, while AM was secured by a cellphone," said Auliansyah.
In this case, the police imposed Article 14 and Article 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations.
In addition, the police also applied Article 28 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 2 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE.
