Supreme Court Justices Samsul Maarif And Ibrahim Will Be Summoned At The Sudrajad Dimyati Trial
JABAR - The panel of judges at the Bandung Corruption Court (Tipikor) ordered two Supreme Court judges to be present as witnesses in the trial of the alleged bribery case in case management with the inactive Supreme Court Judge Sudrajad Dimyati.
"The KPK Prosecutor's Team has now sent summons to appear at the trial of two witnesses to the Supreme Court Justices, namely Samsul Maarif and Ibrahim, to attend the trial agenda Wednesday (March 5) at the Corruption Court at the Bandung District Court," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri, Friday, March 31.
Ali also revealed that in the agenda of the trial the KPK would also present Secretary of the Supreme Court Hasbi Hasan as a witness.
"At the hearing in question, the Prosecutor's team will also present witness Hasbi Hasan as the Secretary of the Supreme Court and witness Dadan Tri Yudianto," he said.

The KPK believes that the witnesses in question will cooperate by being present to fulfill court summons as a form of respect for the ongoing legal process.
Previously, the inactive Supreme Court Justice Sudrajad Dimyati was charged by the KPK prosecutor with being bribed for 200 thousand Singapore dollars (SGD) for case management within the Supreme Court (MA).
Sudrajad was charged with accepting the bribe to be able to influence the examination and trial case Number 874 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022.
The prosecutor charged Sudrajad with accepting bribes together with the Substitute Registrar Elly Tri Pangestuti, and the two Kepanteraan MA, Desy Yustria and Muhajir Habibie.
