David's Attorney Asks Investigators to be Transparent: They Should Make Decisions That Don't Cause Chaos
JAKARTA - The determination of two suspects in the case of the abuse of the son of the GP Ansor center manager by the son of a tax official, Mario Dandy Satrio, has raised a number of big questions among the public and netizens. In fact, the lawyer for victim D also questioned the same thing. There were irregularities in the handling of the case.
At the crime scene (TKP) of the persecution apart from the two suspects Mario Dandy Satrio alias MDS (20) and Shane alias S (19), there is also a woman with the initials AG (15) whose current status is still as a witness.
"From the existing legal facts, the role of AG's child (witness) must be investigated and in accordance with the facts that should be," said the lawyer for David's family, Syahwan Arey, to VOI, Sunday, February 26.
He said the investigation team had named two suspects, namely Mario Dandy Satrio MDS and Shane, in connection with the persecution case. While witness AG actually escaped from the suspect's noose.
"The investigators should have made a decision that didn't cause a stir. Because from the facts that were there, the witness AG's child was there (there)," he said.
For this reason, Syahwan hopes that South Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim investigators will immediately reveal clearly and transparently the motive for the incident of the persecution of D’s victim.

"We hope that the police will immediately take legal steps to make this clearer and clearer, because from the facts, AG's role is clear," he said.
Previously it was reported, the South Jakarta Metro Police were still investigating witness AG's statement regarding the incident of violence against children committed by the suspect Mario Dandy Satrio alias MDS, the son of an official from the South Jakarta Directorate General of Taxes against a minor victim with the initials D.
Meanwhile, when it was asked whether there would be a change in the witness's status against witness AG becoming a suspect, the Head of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner (Kombes) Ade Ary Syam Indradi, could not confirm this.
"It's still being investigated (there is a possibility that witness AG will become a suspect). (Inspection) Witness AG has finished, he has been examined many times," Kombes Ade Ary told reporters.
