The Family Has Not Submitted A Suspension Of Detention For The Black Fortuner Driver, Here's Why
JAKARTA - Giorgio Ramadhan's attorney, Arif Fadillah, admitted that he had not taken any action to apply for a suspension of detention. Because they are still waiting for a decision from the client's family.
"For the suspension, it is still being discussed by the family. (Because) until now there has been no discussion. Still trying to calm down," said Arif when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, February 14.
Arif also said that his party was following the applicable legal process. He emphasized that he would not intervene with the victim or the police in this case.
"It's actually the suspect's right to submit the suspension or not. But again, whether granted or not is the authority of the police," he said.
Regarding Giorgio's condition, said Arif, his condition was quite bad. Because, as a result of his actions, he was forced to languish in prison.
