Attorney General's Office Will Not Give Bharada E The Privilege Despite Justice Collaborator Status
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) confirmed that there was no preferential treatment for Richard Eliezer alias Bharada E in the case of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.
Bharada E is known to be a justice collaborator in the protection of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
"There is no different treatment with the status of this suspect (Richard, ed)," said Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes Fadil Zuhana to reporters, Thursday, October 6.
According to him, all suspects in Brigadier J's murder case will be treated the same way. For example, fulfilling their rights but still according to standard operating procedures.

Regarding the status of justice collaborator, later the panel of judges in court will deal with this.
"If we delegate it to the court, we will treat it as well as possible in accordance with the provisions of the criminal procedural law and the entire process has been running according to the SOP for handling cases that we adhere to in Jampidum," he said.
"Later, the court will see how the REPL suspect (Richard, ed) acts as a justice collaborator," continued Fadil.
Bharada Richard Eliezer is one of five suspects in the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.
In the course of handling the case, he got the status of justice collaborator. The reason is that he is one of the crown witnesses who can reveal the real facts of the case.
