Iran's Hulk Hits Back The World's Scariest Man: I Never Abort A Fight
JAKARTA - Sajad Gharibi counterattacked Martyn Ford as well as asserting that he had never canceled the fight between them.
Ford, also known as the Scariest Man in the World, confirmed in a video posted to Instagram on Monday that his fight against the Iranian Hulk - Gharibi's nickname - scheduled for April 30 will not take place.
Originally, the two rivals would headline the Boxstar Celebrity Boxing event which took place at the O2 Arena in London.
Iran's Hulk has now responded to the cancellation of the event with a scathing post on its Instagram account on Tuesday. He posted the video to his feed with the caption in Persian.
"I trained for months in sub-zero temperatures and lost weight, to be ready for this fight", Iran's Hulk begins the video.
“The fight was not canceled by me. The Boxstar organization will soon replace Ford. It's a shame and a shame this opponent from England doesn't fight with me, not with any fighter because he's never been a fighter.
"We will definitely complain because, under the contract, the fighter has no right to cancel the fight. The fight is still with me."
He also added further commentary in English.

"Today I heard Ford doesn't want to fight, not me or any other fighter. I've never canceled any fight but he doesn't want to see me again! It's against the contract and my legal team is getting to work.
“Actually, that effeminate man can never fight, he just hides and runs away. He had to get permission from the women first. I don't trust an opponent like him, it's a shame. This victory is not an honor for me, this is the joke of the century not the fight of the century."
Ford had announced in a video on Monday that the fight was postponed, accompanying the video with an official statement from Boxstar. See below.
