The Polemic Of Terawan And IDI, Minister Yasonna Pushes For The Law On The License To Practice Doctors In Government Areas
JAKARTA - Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna H Laoly, assessed that the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) should be evaluated following the decision to permanently dismiss former Minister of Health, Terawan A Putranto.
In addition, it is also necessary to make a law that confirms that a doctor's license to practice is the domain of the government. This was revealed by Yasonna through his Instagram, @yasonna.laoly, which was reported on Wednesday, March 30.
"IDI's position must be evaluated! We must make a law that confirms that a doctor's license to practice is the government's domain, in this case, the Ministry of Health", wrote Yasonna.
In his upload, Yasonna also regretted IDI's attitude in permanently terminating Dr. Terawan A Putranto, a radiology specialist -- from membership. "I deeply regret the IDI's decision, especially to the point that I was not allowed to practice to serve patients", he said.
In the upload, Yasonna also shared his experience when he received the Nusantara vaccine from Terawan, whose credibility and expertise cannot be doubted. Not only him but many state officials have also been injected by Terawan.
"I know that many high-ranking state officials have received injections of the Nusantara vaccine from Dr. Terawan, and strongly believe in its efficacy", he said. It didn't stop there, he also shared the experience of two of his friends following Terawan's Digital Subtraction Angiogram (DSA) method.
