Lippo Karawaci targets pre-sales in 2022 to reach IDR 5.2 trillion, up 5 percent from the realization of IDR 4.96 trillion in 2021.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) John Riady said, to support the achievement of the pre-sales target, Lippo Karawaci plans to continue to launch new clusters of new landed housing products at affordable prices, penetrate a wider market into the high-end segment. income and mid-rise apartments, as well as increasing demand for ready-to-live apartment units.

"We see that the property industry has bright prospects for sustainable growth. In the future, the property sector is still very prospective considering the low homeownership ratio in Indonesia," explained the grandson of Mochtar Riady in a written statement, quoted Thursday, February 3.

"The increasing income per capita of the community and banking facilities to finance homeownership with affordable interest have made the property business also grow," he added.

Analysts predict that the performance of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) in 2022 will continue to increase after growing in 2021. It is said that Lippo Karawaci will record an increase in revenue to IDR 14.93 trillion in 2022.

The estimated revenue is up from the projected revenue in 2021 which is IDR 13.82 trillion and the realization in 2020 which is IDR 11.96 trillion. Analysts predict LPKR will be able to grow revenue to IDR 17.1 trillion in 2022, with a net profit of IDR 233 billion.
