Public Health Canter In Setiabudi Already Serves Booster Vaccines For The Community, Limited Quota

JAKARTA - The Setiabudi Sub-district Health Center, South Jakarta, has started serving the local community for the injection of the third COVID-19 vaccine (booster) with a limited quota.

Head of Setiabudi Health Center, Gafar Hartatiyanto, said that his party is currently waiting for the distribution of vaccinations from the South Jakarta Health Service and Sub-Department to adjust the daily dose quota.

"We have started today, now we are in preparation. Earlier, there was already one person who came and was given an injection," Gafar said, quoted Antara, Wednesday, January 12.

However, he did not specify how many doses of vaccine were provided on the first day of implementation. This third vaccination is waiting for the number of doses distributed by the South Jakarta Sub-dept.

The targets that can be given are people aged 18 years and over and it has been more than six months since the complete dose (two doses).

Then have a third vaccination ticket that can be checked through the PeduliLindungi application.

"We'll see what the first and second doses look like. For now, come first and then maybe register 'online' so there won't be crowds. So far, 20 people have registered, they are still in the verification and screening process," he said.

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has prepared all Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) to serve the third dose (booster) vaccination with priority to the elderly (elderly) starting today, Wednesday 12 January.

The implementation of this third vaccination is a follow-up to the government's policy to make the third dose of COVID-19 vaccine free for all Indonesians.
