Free From Conservatory, Britney Spears Says Not Ready To Return To Entertainment Industry
JAKARTA - Britney Spears has been released from court arrangements in 2008 being released from the conservatory by her father. However Spears hinted he was not ready to return to the music industry and compose songs, after 13 years under a conservatory taking control of his personal and business affairs.
"I guess it seems strange to most people why I don't even play music anymore... People don't know the bad things they've done to me personally and after what I've been through I'm scared of people and business," Spears wrote as quoted by Reuters on Wednesday, December 29.

Spreas herself last appeared in public in October 2018. "Not doing my music anymore is my way of saying 'fuck it' in a sense... back then (my music) only really benefited my family by neglecting my actual job. It seems I subconsciously let them win," added the "Toxic" singer.
Spears, who is engaged to Sam Asghari, complained to the judge in charge of the conservatory case earlier this year that she found her father Jamie Spears, in charge of her career, being called "in control of her life".
Jamie Spears was removed as conservator in September. He said his only goal was to help his daughter rehabilitate her career after she suffered a mental health breakdown in 2007 and that she had always acted in Britney Spears' best interest.
