Had Disappeared After Being Involved In The Nirina Zubir Land Mafia Case, PPAT Erwin Riduan Surrendered Himself To The Metro Police
JAKARTA - The suspect in the land mafia case, Nirina Zubir as well as the Land Deed Maker (PPAT) or notary, Erwin Riduan, finally surrendered. So far, the whereabouts of the suspect Erwin are unknown to the authorities.
According to VOI monitoring, Erwin arrived at Metro Jaya Police at 12.16 WIB. He appeared to be wearing a white shirt. He didn't say a word.
The Head of the Harda Sub-Directorate of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, AKBP Petrus Silalahi, said the suspect gave himself up after investigators coordinated with the chairman of the Association of Land Deed Makers (IPPAT), Hapendi Harahap.
"Then, through IPPAT Chair Hapendi Harahap, call us to surrender", said Petrus to reporters, Tuesday, November 23.
With this coordination, the suspect finally gave himself up. However, it has not been detailed about the location that had been used as a hiding place.
"Our members mobilized all of them and then we waited at the Regional Police. Now they have been brought to the room for further investigation", said Petrus.

Erwin Rudian and Ina Rosaina have been named as suspects in the land mafia case, Nirina Zubir. However, they were not detained for several reasons.
In the case of the land mafia, the police have actually named five suspects. Three of them have been detained, namely, Riri Khasmita, Endrianto, and a notary Faridah.
Riri Khasmita is known to be a former assistant to Nirina Zubir's late mother.
Based on the investigation, Riri had sold and mortgaged the land belonging to Nirina Zubir's parents. As a result, Riri pocketed IDR 7.4 billion of money.
The suspects were charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 263 of the Criminal Code. They face up to five years in prison.
