When Knowing Arteria Dahlan PDIP Cadre, A Woman From The 'Family Of The TNI General' Immediately Calls The Chairman Of The DKI DPRD

JAKARTA - Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Regional House of Representatives, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, admitted that he was called by a woman who was involved in an argument with the mother of Indonesia House of Representatives Member Arteria Dahlan at the airport.

Prasetyo admitted that the woman who abused Arteria Dahlan's mother called him when she found out that Arteria was a PDIP cadre. At that time, the women asked Prasetyo as a party partner to find a way of peace.

"Because I knew that I was in the same party, I called. That's why I spontaneously intervened between the two parties. Because we are both friends", Prasetyo told reporters, Tuesday, November 23.

Prasetyo then called Arteria. To Arteria, he admitted that he did not defend either party. Prasetyo hopes that both parties can resolve the problem amicably.

"We are easterners. Respecting parents. I also teach children to respect their parents. Eastern people also prioritize kinship to solve problems. I hope it ends well. It must be discussed properly and can forgive each other", explained Prasetyo.

For information, Member of Commission III of the Indonesia House of Representatives, Arteria Dahlan, and his mother were involved in a dispute that resulted in an argument with a woman who claimed to be the family of a three-star TNI general at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta).

Arteria admitted to sitting in an economy seat on the flight, right behind the business class seat. Arteria said his entourage was then deemed to be blocking the way.

"We are both in the economy, right behind the business. For some reason we are considered to be blocking the road, (but) the door has not been opened", said Arteria.

Arteria said the woman admitted that the daughter of the TNI general wanted to look different and she had no problem with that. Arteria stresses that he and his family don't stand in the way, let alone his 80-year-old mother.

"She wanted to show she was a little different. But we don't mind. She said I have a lot of luggage, three of me carry two suitcases, is that right?", said Arteria.

Arteria said his luggage had been photographed by the police. But Arteria was surprised that his bag was kicked.

"My parents are 80 years old, they need the bone support, we have to take them with us, carry them with us. If we have excess, there is authority", added the PDIP politician.

Asking about the news that the woman asked the Chairperson of the DKI Jakarta Regional House of Representatives, Prasetyo Edi, to be 'backed up', Arteria also explained. He was asked to make peace with the 'arrogant' woman because she knew PDIP General Chair, Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"Yes, when she called, she said he knew Mrs. Megawati, I said there was no problem, of course, I was afraid of Mrs. Mega because we were all upright with her. Suddenly Mr. Pras called, 'It's peaceful, do you know the problem? "He called I'm nobody, when I was a student, the army chased me to fight for something like this, excessive arrogance, that's all we have nothing. I don't have money, power, and networks", said Arteria.
