Regent Ramli MS Asks Mosque Youth In West Aceh To Curb Radicalism, Practice Moderate Islam And Strictly In Sharia
ACEH - West Aceh Regent Haji Ramli MS asked all youth mosques in his area to be at the forefront of warding off radical ideas that damage the faith and sense of Muslim nationalism.
"Practice the true teachings of Islam, namely moderate Islam that prioritizes coolness, peace, and tolerance, but remains firm in upholding Islamic law", said Ramli MS in Meulaboh, Friday, November 12.
According to him, in addition to studying religious knowledge, mosque youth must also get a strengthened understanding of the values of Pancasila, so that later it is hoped that they can realize the young generation of West Aceh who is Islamic and Pancasilaist.
"Work sincerely and professionally, just to get the pleasure of Allah SWT for the realization of a Kaffah Islamic law in West Aceh Regency", said Ramli MS.
He also emphasized that with the provision of adequate knowledge, mosque youth could be a motivator for the community to prosper the mosques in West Aceh Regency.
