Gal Gadot Becomes Evil Queen For 'Snow White' Live Action Version
JAKARTA - Disney's plan to adapt cartoons into live-action is increasingly being realized. Thursday, November 4, a source named actress Gal Gadot as Evil Queen for the live-action adaptation of Snow White.
Previously, the role of Snow White was played by young actress Rachel Zegler and the film was directed by Marc Webb.
Citing Deadline on the same day, Gal Gadot is in the final stages of negotiations to take on this role. The Disney production house is said to have considered Gadot for a long time.
Gal Gadot is also interested in the opportunity to play villains such as Angelina Jolie (Maleficent) and Cate Blanchett (Lady Tremaine).

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is adapted from the fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm in 1938. The story focuses on Snow White who loses her parents and lives with the Evil Queen. One day, the Evil Queen ordered the Huntsman to kill Snow White.
Feeling threatened, Snow White ran away and met the seven dwarves. Later, the film version will explore the story and music side of the original version.
On the other hand, Gal Gadot is busy with various projects. In addition to Red Notice which was released on November 12, she was also confirmed to play Cleopatra, Death on the Nile, and Heart of Stone. As for Disney has not divulged when the Live-Action version of Snow White will be released in theaters.
