KPK Duga Karyawati Bank Mandiri Participates In Accepting Bribery In Case Management From The Secretary Of The Supreme Court

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that Bank Mandiri employee Isye Fitril Yuliastuti also received bribes for case management at the Supreme Court (MA). He is suspected of being a close person to MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan.

This allegation was investigated by investigators when he was summoned as a witness on Monday, June 12.

"The witness is suspected of being close to the suspect HH. He was confirmed about the alleged flow of money received by witnesses from suspect HH," said Head of the News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Tuesday, June 13.

Ali did not specify the meaning of the close people. Likewise with the amount of money Isye received.

"The full information is in the BAP which we cannot convey at this time," he said.

Meanwhile, Isye denied receiving money from Hasbi. This denial was conveyed after he underwent an examination.

"It's not true, there is no (received money, ed)," said Isye before leaving the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, yesterday.

Previously reported, the KPK appointed Hasbi Hasan and Independent Commissioner of PT Wika Beton, Dadan Tri Yudianto. This determination relates to allegations of bribery in case management.

The KPK suspects that Hasbi Hasan received money from Dadan Tri Yudianto. He is suspected of pocketing part of the Rp11.2 billion received by the former Independent Commissioner of PT Wika Beton.

The money was called by the anti-corruption commission as a fee for cassation management with the defendant Budiman Gandi Suparman in the Supreme Court. The giving was made after Dadan asked Hasbi to help secure the KSP Inti Dana case.

"Some of the money was allegedly given by the suspect DTY (Dadan Tri Yudianto) to HH (Hasbi Hasan) around March 2022," said Deputy Chair Nurul Ghufron at a press conference at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, June 6.

Currently Dadan has been detained at the KPK detention center. Meanwhile, Hasbi has not yet felt the detention cell and continues to be monitored so as not to run away.
