"The prosecutor demanded that the defendant Johnny G. Plate be sentenced to 15 years in prison and pay a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to imprisonment for one year. Then, additional punishment in the form of compensation of Rp. 17 billion, subsidiary to imprisonment for 7.5 years," said Ketut.
