"On Monday, we checked that the remaining Rp100,000 was empty. Based on the print out and the savings book, it turned out that it was true that the funds had come out suddenly without the victim's consent," he said.

"Our complaints and complaints regarding our losses at the OJK were only forwarded to BRI. It was continued at forward and BRI replied, the answer from BRI was forwarded to us again. Finally, we sued the Singaraja District Court, basically using the consumer protection law," he said.
