WhatsApp PDIP Secretary General, PSI Schedules Kaesang Meeting With Megawati

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) has scheduled a meeting between the General Chairperson of Kaesang Pangarep and PDI-P General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri. "We have communicated this (Kaesang's meeting with Megawati)," said PSI Secretary General Raja Juli Antoni in Jakarta, Antara, Tuesday, October 3. He said that he had communicated with PDI-P Secretary Hasto Kristiyanto regarding the meeting of the two party chairmen. "I've sent a message to Mas Hasto and replied that the meeting will be held after (Megawati)'s mother returns," he said. According to him, if Megawati has returned from abroad, the meeting of the two party leaders will be arranged. “ I don't know if it's home now. What is the information, when we go home we will arrange (meetings),” he said. PSI Chairman Kaesang Pangarep said the meeting between himself and the PDI-P chairman was regulated by PSI Secretary General Raja Juli Antoni. " “ please ask (Secretary General of PSI) who has replied to Whatsapp," he said. In addition, Kaesang said that PSI has not yet determined who will be supported in the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres) contestation. “ We are still waiting for votes from party cadres and the public later. If collected, we will announce it, ” he said. PSI is a small party but continues to be asked who they will support as presidential candidates.
