National Police Chief Removes Dairi Police Chief AKBP Reinhard Nainggolan After Persecution Of Two Members, Moved To Yanma

JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has removed AKBP Reinhard Habonaran Nainggolan from his position as Dairi Police Chief, North Sumatra.

The removal was related to the acts of persecution he carried out against Bripka David Sitompul and Bripka Hendrik Simatupang.

The removal of AKBP Reinhard Habonaran Nainggolan was stated in the Telegram Letter number ST/2164/IX/KEP./2023 signed by the Assistant Chief of Police for Human Resources, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo.

Pada ST itu, AKBP Reinhard Habonaran Nainggolan dimutasi sebagai Perwira Menengah (Pamen) Yanma Polri dalam rangka evaluasi jabatan.

Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, who was confirmed regarding the mutation of AKBP Reinhard Habonaran Nainggolan, did not straightforwardly convey the reasons behind it. It is only conveyed when the mutation is in the context of evaluation.

"In the context of evaluation," said Ramadhan, Tuesday, September 26.

AKBP Reinhard Habonaran Nainggolan was originally involved in a case when he became Dairi Police Chief. He abused his members, namely Bripka David Sitompul and Bripka Hendrik Simatupang.

Both were beaten by AKBP Reinhard Habonaran Nainggolan on the pretext of giving disciplinary sanctions. As a result of the persecution, both of them had to undergo medical treatment at the hospital.

Shortly after the persecution took place, AKBP Reinhard Nainggolan underwent an examination at the North Sumatra Police Propam.
