DENPASAR - The police have not yet determined the legal status of an Italian foreigner with the initials LS who had sex with an Indonesian woman in front of a resident's house in Kuta, Badung, Bali.

"It's still in the process (not yet a suspect). Until now, he is still undergoing examination at the Kuta Police," said Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Kombes Jansen Avitus, Wednesday, September 20.

Foreigner LS got acquainted with the woman at a nightclub in Kuta. At that time, this Italian foreigner consumed alcohol until he was very drunk. At that time, foreigners and women he knew at nightclubs agreed to find a hotel.

"The person concerned just returned from a nightclub in Kuta and consumed excessive liquor. Then met a woman, there was an agreement to leave the club to look for a hotel," he added.

While looking for a hotel, this foreigner and woman had sex in front of a resident's house. Meanwhile, the police are still looking for women who were caught on CCTV cameras by residents.

Regarding sanctions, the police have not been able to decide because they are still being handled.

"We will carry out further processes later," said Jansen.
