The Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is still investigating the transfer of more than IDR 3 billion from the defendant Liem Sin Tiong to a person named Ibu Fitri in the bribery case of the South Buru Regent (Bursel) Tagop Sudarsono Soulissa.

"Regarding who Fitri is, whether the wife of the South Buru Regent Tagop Sudarsono Soulissa or not, so we are waiting for the results of the investigation first and the KPK does not want any object to be wrong because this name is quite a lot," said KPK Public Prosecutor Erlangga Jaya Negara in Ambon, Tuesday 15 August, confiscated by Antara.

Erlangga's explanation was conveyed after attending the follow-up trial of Liem Sin Tiong as a defendant in the alleged bribery of the former South Buru Regent with the agenda of defending the defendant and his legal adviser.

Regarding the defendant's defense of the KPK prosecutor's demands for 24 months at the trial, the KPK prosecutors remained in their original demands.
