Sadang Serang Bandung Market Fire, 20 Cars Deployed

BANDUNG - Around 20 fire engines were deployed to overcome the fire at Sadang Serang Market, Bandung City.

"Until 20.00 WIB, we have dispatched more than 20 fire engines to deal with the fire at Sadang Serang Market and we will follow the situation", said Bandung City PB Secretary Iwan Rusmawan at the location reported by ANTARA, Friday, August.

The fire was reported to have started at around 18.00 WIB. Currently, firefighters are still struggling to extinguish the fire and PMI cars and the police are still on standby.

Until 21.00 WIB, officers were still trying to localize and cool down in the middle of the market.

Dense smoke can still be seen billowing from the center of the market.

The PB Bandung Party is also still unable to determine the cause of this fire.

It was also seen that the surrounding community gathered to witness the blackout process until they were warned by police officers.

It was also reported that one PB Bandung officer and one local resident received treatment from the medical team due to shortness of breath.
