Head of the National Police's Security Maintenance Agency (Kabaharkam) Komjen Fadil Imran asked the Sabhara ranks to focus on prevention in patrols. Thus, there is no longer a detective pattern used. Then, Sabhara's ranks were also asked to merge. This means that there are no more team names at the Polres level that continue to be echoed. "Furthermore, we carry out patrols with one name, namely the precision Pioneer Patrol. So a good image will be built for all of Indonesia. There will be no more badik teams, the VIP team, the RAimas backbone team, the Jagauar team, the cobra team, or Sabhara with a detective pattern," said Fadil at Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday, June 14. Then, in his mandate at the launch of the Precision Pioneer Patrol program throughout Indonesia, Fadil also emphasized that Sabhara's ranks must prioritize prevention, not prosecution. This is because the pattern of prosecution is the responsibility of the work unit (satker) in the field of detective. "Because we patrol, it should be a function of prevention, not prosecution. I repeat, we patrol is a function of prevention, not prosecution. There is no more Sabhara patrols that feel like a detective," he said.

On the other hand, Fadil hopes that all satkers must cooperate with each other. Thus, the goal of the Police to create security in Indonesia can be carried out. "I hope that in the future we will have an integrated unit as a security guard state tool, without looking at the background satkers, but seeing that we are the Police who are tasked with maintaining security and security," said Fadil.
