The Woman In The Sack Of A Murder Victim Turns Out To Be An Infidelity Of A Suspect Who Asks To Be Married

JAKARTA - The murder case of a woman with the initials TS whose body was wrapped in a sack and found under the Cibitung-Cilincing (Cibibi) Toll Road has been revealed. It turned out that the victim was an affair with one of the suspects.

Meanwhile, TS is in a relationship with the suspect Volly Willy Aritonang (53). In this case, he acts as the executor.

"So the relationship between the suspect and the victim is a close friend of close friends," said Head of Resmob Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Maulana Mukarom to reporters, Tuesday, May 30.

However, that relationship actually ended in death. Because, when TS asked the suspect to marry her, the negative response he got.

The reason is that the suspect Volly Willy Aritonang already has a legal wife. Therefore the perpetrator admitted that it was impossible to marry her.

"So the victim demands seriousness with the suspect because this suspect still has a wife and is finally involved in an argument so that the suspect commits murder," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Sub-Directorate for Resmob of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Juli Yudho Ully added that the suspect had been in a forbidden romance with the victim for a long time. The victim wants his love to be inaugurated.

"So for the victim's demands against the perpetrator, the suspect wants to take the relationship or marry seriously, because it has been more or less a year in contact and the victim asks for the seriousness of the perpetrator to be officially married," said Yudho.

As previously reported, TS's body was found wrapped in sacks under the Cibitung-Cilincing (Cibibi) Toll Road on Saturday, May 27.

The police who investigated the case did not take long to reveal it. Because, only hours two of Volly's perpetrators Willy Aritonang (53) and Moh Furqon (52) were arrested.

In this case, they are charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 365 in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code and or Article 56 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of the death penalty.
