KULON PROGO- The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, serves a new print of electronic Identity Cards for people whose address is in Rukun Tetangga (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) 000.
Head of the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) Kulon Progo Aspiyah said the people whose address is in Rukun Tetangga and Rukun Warga 000 were findings when determining the temporary voter list for improvement results (DPSHP).
"We have coordinated with the General Elections Commission on these findings. We are ready to serve a new print of electronic ID cards for the public whose address is in Rukun Tetangga and Rukun Warga 000," said Aspiyah as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 23.
He said the cause of the RT/RW 000 address, namely when residents reported to Disdukcapil moving from outside the area to Kulon Progo, the resident did not know the RT/RW address to be targeted. They also only mention street names, hamlet numbers, villages, and sub-districts.
"So the Disdukcapil officer entered the data according to the address reported," he said.
Aspiyah said the new print of the problem electronic ID card became a special dispensation. If the print again because it is missing, then it must be with a loss certificate from the police and come to the sub-district or Disdukcapil later printed.
"But if there is a change in the data from the ID card data element, for example the address changes, the blood type is known, then bring the old electronic KTP and other supporting data, then print a new electronic KTP," he said.
Aspiyah said that based on a coordination meeting with the Kulon Progo KPU, the pANTeranglih officer and the sub-district election committee (PPK) had advised those concerned to go to the sub-district or Disdukcapil.
"However, not many people with the address RT/RW 000 have changed their new electronic ID cards," he said.

Previously, KPU Chairman Kulon Progo Ibah Muthiah said the voter, whose address is at RT/RW 000, is direct data from the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).
