Conflict With Radja Memanas, Ipay Uploads Pieces Of Cinderella Song Demo

JAKARTA - The polemic of Cinderella's song popularized by Radja is still ongoing. Both parties are still at their respective establishment.

Most recently, Rival Bayu alias Ipay uploaded a snippet of a song he recognized as the original version of the song Cinderella.

With the title Cinderella Fairy Tale, Ipay called the song a demo from his previous band, Fresh.

"The demonstration of the 1998 FRESH band, Cinderella Fairy Tale, Cipt: Ipay (Without a Tilted Line)," wrote Ipay in the caption of his upload, seen Monday, August 28.

Ipay also explained the demo of the song. He admitted that he was inspired by The Cure's musical style in making the song Tale Cinderella.

"The Cure is one of the bands that became my influence in making this song," wrote Ipay.

On another occasion, Ipay stated that the Cinderella Fairy Tale demo was also played at a radio station.

Not with Fresh, the demo song was brought by Ipay with his new band called Cosmic.

"Cosmic is making a new demo, send the demo to the radio, organically the song suddenly appears, is mounted by the radio and appears on the chart," Ipay said in Tendean last week.

At that time, Ipay, who claimed to be visited by Ian Kasela, said that he rejected Radja's vocalist's request to include the Cinderella Fairy song on his album.

"So, this song is already public, not this song. Where did he (her sister Kasela) hear this song? He couldn't possibly use guitar. Because this song was on the radio chart long before Radja appeared," concluded Ipay.
