JAKARTA - IST Entertainment announced the status of the K-pop group VICTON. This news was announced after three members did not continue the exclusive contract.

"We have ended management duties for VICTON members: Do Hanse, Choi Byungchan, and Jung Subin as their exclusive contract expires today, April 20," IST Entertainment said today via social media.

"After discussing with the members before the contract ends, their decision was made to agree with each other's goals," he continued.

Three other VICTON members: Han Seung Woo, Kang Seungsik, and Im Sejun are on duty for the military service. As a result, all three are still counted as artists under IST Entertainment.

With the remaining contract period, the three members will carry out solo activities such as musicals. The agency also ensures that it will support their individual activities.

However, the agency has not explained whether VICTON will disband as a group considering the remaining three members are still active.

VICTON started his career in 2016 with the mini album and the main track I'm Fine. debuted with seven members, in 2022 Chan opted out of the group because of a drunk driving case.

This year, VICTON members have not carried out group activities while three members of Seung Woo, Seungsik and Sejun are enlisting in the military.
