Breastfeeding Videos And Sensual Dances Can Now Bemonetized On YouTube

JAKARTA YouTube has updated its content guidelines that are friendly to advertisers on Thursday, November 16. The two content they add are breastfeeding and sensual dancing.

Before this guideline was updated, breastfeeding video content showing isola and choreography videos showing some movements such as twerking orgrinding could not accept advertising revenue on YouTube.

Apart from the movement, dance videos in minimal clothing should also not accept monetization even though their dances are not sensual. Now, all these banned policies have been added to the latest guidelines.

YouTube stated that breastfeeding content with isola that seems to have been allowed to earn advertising revenue. However, there must be a child displayed in the educational content.

In addition to presenting children, content creators must also pay attention to the thumbnails of the videos they make. Make sure that the thumbnails used don't show isola.

Meanwhile, non-sexual dancing content that displays body movements as described previously can be monetized. Thus, the dancers are free to present their choreography, even in minimal clothes.

However, it should be emphasized that these new guidelines still have boundaries. Dancers should not move their body parts such as breasts, buttocks, and genitals on purpose and repeatedly.
