NASA Appoints Jim Free's Head Of Exploration System As A Substitute For Bob Cabana
JAKARTA The United States Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) has appointed a replacement for Bob Cabana to fill the association administrator position. This position will be filled by Jim Free.
Free is an association administrator at NASA, but specifically for the development of an exploration system. This position is lower than the position of Cabana. After Cabana officially retired, Free will lead many teams and leaders at NASA.
The association administrator position was entrusted to Free after NASA leadership saw his track record while working. According to Administrator Bill Nelson, Free's ability could help NASA achieve the interests of mankind.
"Pam, Bob, and I firmly believe that his wealth of experience and expertise will provide extraordinary guidance and perspectives for our leadership team in its new role as associate administrators," Nelson said in an official statement.
The association administrator position is the third-highest position at NASA. Free will later work behind Administrator Bill Nelson and Deputy Administrator Pam Melroy, two other high positions at NASA.

While serving as associate administrators, Free will advise Nelson and Pam regarding making a number of decisions at NASA and supervising directorate leaders on NASA's various missions and field centers.
For information, NASA has announced that Cabana will retire on December 31. Seeing on this date, Free will certainly start serving as associate administrator next year.
After Free replaces Cabana, the association's administrator position for the development of the exploration system will be replaced by the person who serves under her, namely Catherine Koerner.
