Call The Ukrainian Military Commander Salah, The Kremlin Believes Russia Will Win The War

The Kremlin believes Russia will achieve all its goals, win the war, dismissed the assessment of the Ukrainian Military Commander General Valery Zaluzhnyi who said fighting would enter a static stage.

"No, the conflict has not reached a stalemate," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Thursday, when asked if the fighting was heading towards a stalemate.

Peskov said all of Russia's goals would be achieved, saying it made no sense for Kyiv to talk about victory over Russia on the battlefield.

"Kyiv regime has long needed to understand, talking about the prospect of victory on the battlefield is absurd. The sooner the Kyiv regime understands this, the sooner the prospects will open," Peskov explained.

Peskov's response was delivered regarding the words of the Ukrainian Military Commander at The Economist, saying the Russian-Ukraine war was moving towards static battles. He described the risk of prolonged and energy-intensive fighting.

"This will benefit Russia, allowing them to rebuild its military force, which ultimately threatens the armed forces of Ukraine and the country itself," he wrote.

The article premiered nearly five months after a major retaliatory attack by Ukraine that has yet to produce major breakthroughs to Russia's defensive line which has many mines.

It is known, fighting is expected to slow down as the weather worsens, as winter approaches.
