ASN must all be neutral, TNI must all must be neutral, all Polri must be neutral," he said. Therefore, he said, the transfer of several political party attributes by district/city governments and provinces should ask permission from party administrators in the regions so as not to cause miscommunication. "Therefore, the transfer of some of the attributes of the parties should be the district/city government as well as the province asking permission from party administrators in the regions, communicating with party administrators in the regions. Don't let miscommunication occur in the regions.," he explained. When asked whether the local government or ASN in Bali who carried out the transfer/distribution of party attributes is not neutral, Jokowi emphasized that the most important thing is to communicate with party administrators in the regions.
