JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Hadi Tjahjanto fully supports the acceleration of asset certification of the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) throughout Indonesia. This step aims to strengthen the legality of ownership of PWI land assets, which is an important step in protecting the organization's rights.
Hadi Tjahjanto emphasized the readiness of the ATR/BPN Ministry to provide assistance to PWIs in the process of certifying their assets. PWI, as the oldest professional journalist organization in Indonesia, has a vital role in conveying information to the public.
"The Ministry of ATR/BPN is ready to help ensure the legality of ownership of PWI land assets. We encourage PWIs to immediately submit applications for certification, and we are ready to speed up the process," said Hadi Tjahjanto when talking with the Head of Central PWI Hendry Ch. Validity of Asset Ownership
Hadi emphasized the importance of ensuring the legality of ownership of PWI land assets, because this will support PWI in running its organization both at the central and regional levels.
"In this process, we will provide support to PWIs in strengthening the legality of ownership of their land assets. Coordinate directly with the Regional Office (Kanwil) and the local Land Office, so that PWI asset certification can be immediately processed according to applicable regulations," added Hadi, who accompanied by the Secretary General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Suyus Windayana, and Expert Staff to the Minister of ATR/BPN Yulia Jaya Nirmawati.
Hadi also advised PWIs to register their land at the Land Office in their respective areas and renew the land certificate if it expired.
"When the requirements are complete and the land is physically controlled, immediately register the land assets with the local National Land Agency (BPN). These efforts can be carried out by PWI independently, and we at the Ministry of ATR/BPN will provide full support," explained Hadi Tjahjanto.
