AMODA, Property Technology Startup And Construction Achieves Initial Funding
JAKARTA - Following pre-seed funding in 2022, AMODA, a property and construction technology startup in Indonesia, has received initial funding (seed) led by East Ventures and Living Lab Ventures.
Through this funding, AMODA will allocate these funds with its main focus to increase capabilities in products, technology, and operations.

Robin said the challenge in the industry is the use of conventional methods, which result in a fairly low level of productivity compared to other sectors.
In addition, the lack of transparency and estimation in the construction process resulted in inefficiency in most projects; in which it generally causes resources to be wasted and produces large amounts of carbon footprint.
AMODA uses digital technology in transforming and solving problems in this traditional construction process provides solutions that lead to easy and effective and time-efficient experiences.
To ensure a pleasant and trackable experience (trackable), AMODA provides dashboards that provide comprehensive and transparent information on price, construction, and rental processes.
