Billed By Mataram Prosecutor's Office, Golden Palace Hotel Pays Basic Tax Obligations Reaches IDR 1 Billion
NTB - Mataram District Attorney (Kejari) through the function of state attorney prosecutors to receive payment of the Golden Palace Hotel tax arrears in the form of tax principal with a value of at least Rp. 1 billion.
"We really appreciate the attitude of the Golden Palace Hotel for its compliance in completing its tax principal payment obligations because the benefits are very large for the community and region," said Mataram Kejari Head Ivan Jaka in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Thursday, September 21, as reported by Antara.
He conveyed that the receipt of the payment of the principal tax was part of the efforts of state attorney prosecutors to collect entrepreneurs who were in arrears of regional taxes.
"So, thanks to the non-ligatory efforts made by the JPN team (state attorney's office), several persuasive negotiations with the hotel located in Mataram have finally paid off its obligations," he said.
This collection activity for the payment of the principal tax, he explained, was carried out based on the existence of a Special Power of Attorney from the Mayor of Mataram Number: SK 04/N.2.10/Gp.1/08/2023 dated July 28, 2023.
"This collection is a form of our support to the government in solving legal problems outside the court," he said.
