Virgoun Prepares 4 Witnesses For Next Week's Session To Face Inara Rusli

JAKARTA - After presenting 15 written evidences in today's divorce trial, Wednesday, August 30, Virgoun will present witnesses at the trial next week.

Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, Virgoun's attorney, said that his party plans to present four witnesses, two of whom are the family of Virgoun himself.

"Anyway, there are two families and maybe two outsiders. Like that, it depends on what the judge needs to see," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday, August 30.

The lawyer who is familiarly called Kris said that the panel of judges had indeed asked Virgoun to present people who knew firsthand about the incident in the households of Virgoun and Inara.

"From the panel of judges, it was stated that the witness from the Virgoun family, friends and friends who knew about the incident regarding Virgoun's household," said Kris.

However, Kris could not confirm who would be present as a witness. The reason is, until now Virgoun is still sorting out who should be presented at the trial.

"We have not discussed it, what is clear is that we have witnesses who know very well about this incident, either from the family or outside. We are still discussing who will know clearly about this case," said Kris.

"So, we haven't got a name even though we have five people submitted to us, but I don't know who will be presented yet," he continued.

When asked further whether Tenri Anisa would be presented as a witness, Kris ensured that the woman would not be presented. The reason is, this divorce case is different from the criminal case that is also ongoing.

"We don't discuss it (Tenri Anisa). This is a legal problem between husband and wife, it doesn't involve other people. So, if it's just a matter of involving family," said Virgoun's attorney.

"So, if there is a household problem, it is impossible to involve outsiders. The ethics are like that," he concluded.
