Called By Virgoun As A Dissident Wife, Inara Rusli Unaffected
JAKARTA - It is known that Virgoun called Inara Rusli a dissident wife or nusyuz. This was stated in the duplicate that was filed in the divorce trial last week.
Arjana Bagaskara as Inara Rusli's attorney said that his client already knew the contents of the Virgoun duplicate. The lawyer considered the accusation as a natural thing in the trial. He considered that Virgoun's accusations were intended to avoid several obligations after the divorce decision was passed by the judge.
"(Inara) already knows (about the accusations of the dissident wife), our client already knows about the statement," Arjana Bagaskara told the media crew at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on Tuesday, July 18.
"Regarding that (the dissident wife) is used to it in court. Will take precedence with Virgoun to benefit himself, "he continued.
Arjana said that Inara was relaxed about being accused as a dissident wife. The mother of three was not too bothered by the accusations leveled at her.
"For Mrs. Inara, it's normal. Because Mrs. Inara knows what her husband is like," said Arjana.
When asked further about his response to Virgoun's accusations against Inara, Arjana was reluctant to provide further explanation. He felt this had to be explained by Virgoun.
"If that's the case (the reason for accusing the dissident wife) maybe it's not from us to say it. Try it from Virgoun's lawyer, why did he say that? Then, can this be proven? Arjana said.

Meanwhile, the trial for the evidentiary agenda at the divorce trial of Inara and Virgoun which was held on Tuesday, July 18, had to be postponed until next week. Arjana admitted that he had prepared a number of written evidence to support his client's 11 demands
"52 written evidence, not yet witnesses and experts," he said.
Of the dozens of written evidence that will be submitted at trial, some of them are to answer the accusations made by Virgoun against his client.
"There must be (rebuttals to Virgoun's accusations), so we have also prepared evidence that this thick letter takes a long time to prepare," concluded Arjana Bagaskara, Inara Rusli's attorney.
