Allegedly Involved In IPhone Preorder Fraud, PPATK Freezes Rinhana-Rihani Accounts At 21 PJK Bank
JAKARTA - The Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) found large transactions from the accounts belonging to Rinahan and Rihani. Both accounts are temporarily frozen.
Rinahan and Rihani are reported in the alleged iPhone sales fraud case worth IDR 35 billion.
"From the results of the preliminary analysis, it is known that RA and RI carried out significant cash transactions whose sources of funds were suspected to have come from the fraud they committed," said Head of the Public Relations Bureau of PPATK Natsir Kongah in a statement, Tuesday, June 5.
With these findings, PPATK has coordinated with the bank's Financial Services Provider (PJK). The goal is to temporarily suspend transaction activities in both accounts.

From the results of the analysis, Rinahan and Rihani's 'twins' have several accounts in 21 banks. The nominal of the transaction is suspected to be the result of a crime.
"The mode of cash transaction is indicated to break the chain of transactions and complicate tracking," said Natsir.

Meanwhile, the alleged fraud of the 'twins' Riana and Rihani went viral on social media. Both are said to have used the Pre-Order (PO) mode.
The Twitter account @mazzini_gsp uploaded the alleged fraud of the two. In fact, the total loss of the victims was said to have reached Rp35 billion.
