"He (IS) was arrested by residents when he wanted to take a pass on methamphetamine last Saturday at around 10.30 WITA, then handed it over to us and we did an in-depth investigation," said Hamka in Kendari, Antara, Wednesday, July 26.
According to residents' information, at first they saw IS's movements pacing back and forth at the crime scene (TKP), so that residents at the location also continued to monitor the perpetrator's movement.
When they were about to take the methamphetamine package, Hamka continued, local residents immediately arrested and secured IS along with evidence of methamphetamine weighing 0.42 grams.
