PALANGKA RAYA - A fire that scorched the office building of the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) Jalan Tjilik Riwut Km 3.5 Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan, today cost around Rp1.2 billion. "The loss to the building that burned was around Rp. 1.2 billion. Meanwhile, the material loss was more than Rp. 70 million," said Head of the Palangka Raya City Bawaslu Endrawati in Palangka Raya, Antara, Thursday, July 20. He explained that from the fire, all state property burned down except for two laptop units carried by members of the commissioner and financial staff at the local City Bawaslu office. "Physical files and documents at the time of the incident could not be saved at all," he said. Endrawati revealed that currently the Bawaslu employees of Palangka Raya City have offices in Bawaslu, Central Kalimantan Province, while thinking about how to go in the future. "Meanwhile, we are based in Bawaslu, Central Kalimantan Province, which is located on Jalan Seth Adji, the parent city of Palangka Raya," he said.
