Returning To Be The Director Of KPK Investigation, Brigadier General Endar Ensures Professional Even Though He Has Reported Firli

Brigadier General Endar Priantoro confirmed that he would remain professional after returning to his old position as Director of Investigation of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). He will carry out his duties even though he had reported KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri to the Supervisory Board and the Ombudsman.

"I will remain professional according to my job as a director," Endar told reporters, Wednesday, July 5.

Endar also ensured that he would respect the leadership of the anti-corruption commission while carrying out his duties. He no longer wants to talk about the polemic of his dismissal and return to the Police.

"What is my authority and what is my task, I will do my best and I also respect the authority of the leadership," he said.

Previously, Endar was dismissed as Director of Investigation and returned to the Bhayangkara Corps. He then fought back by reporting Firli Bahuri, Secretary General of the KPK Cahya H. Harefa, and the KPK HR Bureau to the Supervisory Board.

Not only that, Endar also reported a number of allegations to the KPK Council regarding Firli's alleged ethical violation. One of them is related to the leaking of investigation documents at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources which Firli later decided not to be guilty.

Furthermore, Endar also reported the alleged maladministration of his dismissal to the Indonesian Ombudsman. Then, he reported Firli to the Polda Metro Jaya for allegedly leaking documents.
