Moses' Attorney Good For The Death Toll In Cakung Suspects Other Perpetrators' Involvement

JAKARTA - The attorney for the victim's family, Moses Bagus Prakoso (34), Rully Simamora, said that apart from the suspect OS (26), there were other perpetrators in the accident in Cakung, East Jakarta. "We are also waiting for information about the possibility of other perpetrators in this incident. Isn't the perpetrator not alone in the car at that time?" Rully said when contacted in Jakarta, reported by Antara, Wednesday, June 21. He hopes that he can be informed about the role of the perpetrator's mother in the car. "Are the suspect's mother not forbidding her from continuing her journey to Bogor," he said. "How come there is something odd? Is the perpetrator's mother not forbidding it? Why can the perpetrator still go to Bogor? Is Bogor still together between the perpetrator and his mother," he said. Rully suspects that OS's mother was involved in this case. Her mother also did not order her child to immediately surrender. "Why was it not ordered to the perpetrators to surrender? Maybe there was involvement of the perpetrator's mother in this matter," he said. Rully also appreciated the quick and careful work that had been done by the Police. "Today we will delegate it to the Ditreskrimum," said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Latif Usman when met in Jakarta.
