JAKARTA - David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina, said that the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo had threatened him. The form of threat is in the form of shooting to calling Brimob to 'fill' David. The testimony began when Jonathan, who was presented as a witness in the case of persecution with the defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas, answered questions from the public prosecutor (JPU) about knowing or not if his son had an enemy. At that time, Jonathan said that what he knew was that Mario Dandy had threatened David. "So far, have you ever known or have David told you that he has an enemy or threatened him?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13. "I threatened it after checking cellphones," answered Jonathan. Jonathan said the threat from Mario in the form of shooting and calling Brimob to resolve David Ozora. The threat was known from the history of short messages on David's cellphone. However, the majority of the chats have been deleted. "The threat is quite severe if I say, because it is said that he will shoot David, he will call Brimob, he will finish David," he said. "Through the WA message on Agnes' cellphone. On WhatsApp it is mentioned 'I'm Dandy'. WhatsApp with AG number but on WhatsApp several times this perpetrator mentioned 'Gue Dandy'," continued Jonathan. Meanwhile, David Ozora was persecuted by Mario Dandy Satriyo in front of the Grand Permata cluster complex, Boulevard Kel. Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, on Monday 20 February 20, 2023 at around 20.30 WIB. In this case, Mario Dandy was charged with committing serious abuse. He was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C junto Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Shane Lukas is suspected of being a subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 2 junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the second primary Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code junto 56 to 2 of the Criminal Code.
