Disappointment Of Victims Of Fin888 Trading Robot, Suspected Main Master Mastermind Not Investigated

The fraud victim's camp under the guise of the FIN888 trading robot expressed its disappointment with the performance of the Police. This is because the main perpetrator with the initials TR has not been processed.

"Frankly, we are surprised, why the investigators seem to be protecting TR and seem to want to rely all the mistakes on supporting actors," said the victim's lawyer, TB Ade Rosidin to reporters, Friday, June 9.

The figure of TR is suspected of being the mastermind in the Fin888 trading robot case. He is suspected of being involved in the Money Laundering (TPPU) crime, which amounted to Rp1 trillion.

In fact, said Rosidin, Bareskrim investigators named two new suspects, one of whom was related to TR.

The two suspects had the initials SG and MC. The suspect MC is said to be the recipient of money from TR worth Rp. 1 trillion based on information from the Affidavit document that has been posted by the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

"Recently, investigators named two new suspects, namely SG, a Singaporean foreigner and MC," he said.

With this determination, Rosidin assessed that the Affidavit document included when reporting was now used as a reference for investigators in handling the case.

However, the name TR listed in the Affidavit document has not been processed criminally.

"Then, two of them have been named suspects, why was the other name (TR) not determined? In fact, the name MC was only mentioned by TR in the evidence of communication with SG contained in Affidavit 3." said Rosidin.

Meanwhile, in this case, the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has named two suspects. In fact, detention has been carried out.

Based on the information, the suspects in the case were Peterfi Sufandri (PC) and Carry Chandra (CC).

"The suspect has been detained," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan.
