JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) apparently examined Supreme Court Judge Haryadi today, Thursday, June 8. The examination was not carried out at the KPK's Red and White House like other witnesses, but at the KPK Council Office, Rasuna Said.

However, both of them were not present, so investigators rescheduled the examination of Prim and Suhadi.
In this case, Hasbi Hasan allegedly received money from Dadan Tri Yudianto. He is suspected of pocketing part of the Rp11.2 billion received by the former Independent Commissioner of PT Wika Beton.
The money was called by the anti-corruption commission as a fee for cassation management with the defendant Budiman Gandi Suparman in the Supreme Court. The giving was made after Dadan asked Hasbi to help secure the KSP Inti Dana case.
